[cobalt-users] Quota Problems?

Dear All,

We have a Raq4 which has been working fine for some time but in the last day
or so several sites have come up their quota being used as 0mb which is not
correct. All sites we add are set to 10mb but the cobalt emails us shortly
after saying their quota has been exceeded. Below is the email we get...

www.example.com

is very near or over the disk space limit allocated on the Cobalt server.
Once the quota limit is reached, no more data can be stored.  Consider
moving
some data to another location or increasing the limit.

Quota Limit:  0.00 MB
Quota Used:  1.86 MB
Percent Used:  186 %

Has anyone experienced anything like that? ive chekd all the site settings
and the cobalt settings.
The userwho owns the site and then site itself both have 10mb set as their
quota. any ideas?
