Perhaps downloading and installing F-Prot's virus scanner solution and
giving a run would help. Its free for personal use.

Check out this FAQ from UK2RAQ.com. Its for getting virus scanning on your
system running, but it also discusses installing the virus scanner itself.
Then just run a scan.
