   I think this is the listmaster's decision, and any discussion of list
operation should be taken up with the listmaster OFF list, since it has
nothing to do with Cobalt machines and is therefore off-topic, QED. Mailing
lists are not democracies.

         Charlie (who's as guilty of off-topic postings as anyone else, and
                   so pretends to no moral high ground)
