I'm not sure what you mean. We NEED reverse DNS records. The only
question is "who hosts them?".

For most of us, our upstream hosts our reverse DNS records and we have
to tell them what we want in them. For some of us, our upstream
delegates reverse DNS authority to us, and we host them ourselves.

If we don't have reverse DNS that's what slows things (email, ftp,
telnet, ssh) down.

I'd also add an mx record for the "www" (or other hostname). Why?
Because every piece of mail delivered to a RaQ to "someone@xxxxxxxxxx"
gets redelivered to "someone@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx".
