[cobalt-users] Problems with RaQ4 glibc update 13453?

I restored the OS on a RaQ4 this week, and then dutifully applied the
remaining patches. The 13453 glibc update crashed the server - TWICE. ( I
did another restore, and it did it again). I was only able to fix the
problem by replacing the HD in the server, started again, and this time it
worked perfectly. I have several production boxes that are missing a few
patches since the OS-2 debacle, has anyone had a similar experience with
13453? I'm extremely nervous about upgrading with this patch if a
possibility exists of taking down the server.

(There is an ambiguous thread on the Sun forum detailing problems with this
patch, they seem to be convinced it's a Chilisoft ASP issue. Obviously, with
a fresh restore, that wasn't MY issue.)
