I have a RAQ2 colocated at AITCOM.NET.  It just quit responding today and I
am getting little to no tech support from them.  They claim they rebooted it
(after 11 hours of pleading), but still there is no response.  How can they
tell if there is a hardware error?  Will the LCD say it or what can I tell
them to look for?


Can you tell us the IP address so I can look form here maybe its a routing issue
