I have a RAQ2 colocated at AITCOM.NET. It just quit responding today and I
am getting little to no tech support from them. They claim they rebooted it
(after 11 hours of pleading), but still there is no response. How can they
tell if there is a hardware error? Will the LCD say it or what can I tell
them to look for?
Also since it takes an act of God to get a hard reboot done here, I must
find another colocation company, any and all suggestions, please!
I have also been pricing new servers and can't decide between the Raq4r or
the Raq XTR any and all suggestions for this one too, please!
