Hi Jeff,
I'm not sure what version number your client is presently using, however I
can assure you the program has worked properly since the day it was created.
Granted, as with any new release with new upgrades, its always possible to
find "bugs", which of course we fix when reported.

That may be taken out of context, and unfair as such.
Since a CGI process runs on the server side, the amount of available server
resources depend on how many other CGI processes (and thus how many
customers) are hosted on the same machine, and running simultaniously. If
the server's resources are already near their limits, yes, it may be
necessary to run a dedicated server if your list size can not be supported
by your existing web server.
An upgrade in server's RAM/CPU resources, or a limit on the number of CGI
processes that customers may run would make more resources available, and
thus keep from requiring a dedicated server.
We do, however, suggest to anyone serious about building a large mailing
list(s) to use dedicated servers, as this guarantee's that the server's
resources available are dedicated to your own uses only.
