You also say on your site that the package will not run on a RAQ!! And
'You will either need to disable the CGI Wrap or hire an experienced
server administrator to configure your server set up.' hmmmm!

I must say that I am disappointed also by your software / site - I would
suggest that any company who does not monitor their own forums, is
unlikely to be able to support their software very well.

Over the last month, I have seen many messages go un-answered - even
those that say 'Why is no one responding!!' or 'Tech support is
non-existent' etc...

If have even seen links to warez sites - and even now there is still at
least one on the forums for all to see.

Sorry, but if I were a prospective client Diran, and I had just read
your forums, I would go elsewhere.

I realise that this is off-topic, but I am responding to your posting on
this list.
