[cobalt-users] persistent pop lock problems.

I have a client that is using a cobalt raq4r, and has been happy (for the
most part) for the last year.

Unfortunately they have been having bad pop lock error problems. It started
with several users, all using outlook (99%of the enterprise uses netscape).

We removed users, and re-added them to the cobalt, reinstalled outlook(S),
etc. This seems to have taken care of all but one user. He checks mail, gets
3 or so (its random) messages in, and then it seems to stop responding. We
leave it for a LONG time, and that doesnt help(so we cancel). sure enough,
next time he tries to check mail, pop lock error.

This is one of several users that gets larger than average attachments
1-8mb.

This particular user is local to the server (its in the same building as the
cobalt, the only thing between the PC and the cobalt is a sonicwall (its on
the dmz).

Any clues? I'm pulling my hair out, and even woke up the other morning
dreaming about clearing this guy's pop lock.
