If its your only domain, then you will probably have to use the registrars
nameservers temporarily. Then when you get yours setup. change them.
If you need some immediate help on this let me know.
I can register domains, and I have nameservers, it's not my normal business,
but I can handle it, since you only want the nameservers temporarily.
