Just when I thought my new found knowledge over adding DNS was complete, I
got this from the people who I'd registered the domain with when pointing it
to the RAQ
Your dns transfer for the above domain has failed as the nameservers are not
registered. It is customary for webmasters to register nameservers with the
Global Shared Registry before attempting to submit a redelegation request to
those servers. It appears that nameservers "" have not been registered.
Please register them with the appropriate registrar for the domain name
contained in the nameserver hostname and resubmit your request to transfer
dns
Which I understand as register the box as a nameserver with the people who
host the box.
Do I have to add the name server (ie the box itself which does have DNS
running) to the DNS on the box to trigger this or is there something I'm
missing? (HairCount = Haircount - 100,000)
