You have to register the new name server with the registries. If you
have any domains registered with NetSol, go to
https://www.netsol.com/cgi-bin/makechanges/itts/host and that will allow
you to create a new host. By adding a domain to that host, it will soon
propogate around the registries. Other registries will have a similar
process.
