[cobalt-users] Server Processing not working on Raq4

I am trying to run a Merchant account secure processing program  from my server
and it seems that the Bank information does not come back to my raq4.  It works
on other servers and it seems that only my server is having a problem.  It is a
PERL file that I am trying to run and it seems to run OK by the response codes
do not seem to come back on my server.

I also noticed that it works with Internet Explorer but did not work to well
with netscape.

Has anyone else had this type of problem?  How do I get my server to accept the
information that comes back from the bank's server?
