Absolutely laughable that Cobalt would tell us to consult the majordomo
docs when they didn't install it in such a way that the majordomo docs
would be of any help.
But it's all got to do with the appliance mentality....Cobalt assumes that
we don't know any better...and therefore our customers don't know any
better.
I dread getting a cnew client that knows anything about
majordomo...because they will always find something that my
majordomo can't do...and even when they do to the majordomo docs,
they get frustrated.

I've had people who gave up on me...which has earned Cobalt all sorts of
warm and cuddly feelings from this end.
