We spent several days with Cobalt technical support on this issue. It was
escalated several levels and determined that it just didn't work (especially
with two RaQs - there were even more issues with the master and slave
scenario). Could it be that no one tried to use that function before we did
so that Cobalt was unaware of the problem and it took days for them to
determine that it was broken?

Last I heard they were referring it to Engineering (I think that's the name
they used) who were to contact me when the issue was resolved... that was
many months ago. We now have a diesel generator on line so it's not as
important to us any more.
