I try to make all my sales pages reflect the exact conditions for the
customer...including the length of names, etc.  As you stated, the small
ones may not be wortrh the time,...and I'd rather not jump the hoops only
to find that they aren['t going to stay.

My experience is that the bigger ones with special needs will ask, and
then an evaluation can be made based on income versus pain.
