Good question, another one you might ask yourself is whether the amount of
work that has to be done to satisfy this single customer is worth it??
if he/she is just a tiny customer, than I wouldn't spend hours trying to
modify my system, however if I would make big money with this customer then
I might consider spending some extra time.
It depends on which scale you administer your system, one or two machines or
several hundreds.
