[cobalt-users] Question on Qube 2 Email Forwarding...



Hi Folks.

It SEEMS pretty simple but it doesn't seem to work. Under the Admin
loging, in "Email Settings" you have "Forward Email To" where you can
"Enter the email address where you would like your email automatically
forwarded."

So here is what I did:

Edited my account on the Qube 2 to have my email forwarded to another
email address I have with an outside ISP (i.e. this is NOT a user on the
Qube 2). I enter the email address and click on Save Changes.

I had a co-worker send me an email at my Qube 2 address. I check my Qube
email and the message it there. I check my ISP email and it is not
there. So it isn't forwarding...

So I go back into the Qube Admin and check and check my Email Settings
and there is NOTHING in the "Forward Email To" box ! I did it again and
saved it again and went back in and it is STILL blank.

What is going on ? Am I missing something ?
