Re: [cobalt-users] Question on Qube 2 Email Forwarding... THANK YOU !!

Hi Folks,

Thanks to EVERYONE who helped me through this - man what a learning
experience, but that is good ! Just wish the GUI would work as advertised...

I learned about VI, man does that take some getting used too :-) Luckily I
found a VERY good website for directions (I CAN find some stuff without
bugging folks <BG>. I DO try ! :-)
It is at: http://www.eng.hawaii.edu/Tutor/vi.html

I learned about the SU. My bad for ASSUMING that Admin was the "super user".
Used to other platforms... Something I did notice is that I cannot signon as
SU via an FTP session. Do you have to first attach as Admin to fire up SU ?

Finally, the manual that comes with the Qube 2 is a JOKE for really learning
anything. Are there any good references out there for this ?

Especially interested in any logs or history files that might be generated
and what to check for in these to see if unauthorized folks are nosing
around, etc. Also general security stuff.

Thanks !

Chuck
