Are you saying that the problem is only recent or users have only recently
started complaining.
If the problem is only recent ... what changed recently?
If the users have only recently started complaining then possibly the
problem has always been there ... they are only now complaining about it.

I assume "through a dial-up Internet connection" means the users are
accessing your Qube from the outside. In this case they will be using their
ISPs DNS to resolve the name of your Qube to its external address.
What DNS are your local users using?
Does it resolve to the local address of the Qube2 or the external address?
What works for me is to setup my Qube as a DNS for my domain resolving to
local IP addresses. The Qube uses itself as its Primary DNS and the ISP as
its Secondary DNS. I then set all local clients to use the Qube as their
DNS. The Qube will immediately resolve local names and forward all other
requests to the external DNS.
Cheers, Malcolm
