Actually I am using webmin 0.85 .  I will disable webmin and see if it helps.

p.s.  fortunately the server did not went down often but once or twice
monthly is also too much .  I guess the upgrade from 0.81 to 0.84 and 0.85
was not wise then.  Anybody has webmin 0.85 up and running without
problems on a raq 3  ?
