Sorry, but that's not what you asked... :)

I behaved like what Dan does on that specific subject because there's NO
way in the world you could have missed the answer for what a lame server
is and if it's ok. You can see from my previous posts that I really don't
do that.

In regards to your question here... there's no such thing "normal" a lame
server is a lame server, and if many people visit your site from lame
servers, then you have many lame servers, this is really nothing to do
with webalizer - it's named which produces this message.
As the internet grows, I believe there will be more and more of these,
simply because:
a) ISPs has more IPs to worry about, while they fire manpower
b) some companies simply doesn't care(tm)
c) your buisness grows - you have more visitors
