ok, first, stop blaming the poor box, it's not it's fault ;)
You need to fix your registration data for the domain names....
Domain Name: EDITEV.COM
Registrar: MELBOURNE IT, LTD. D/B/A INTERNET NAMES WORLDWIDE
Whois Server: whois.inww.com
Referral URL: www.inww.com
Name Server: No nameserver <----!!!!!!
Your nameserver doesn't exist ;)
Good catch, I was hoping you wouldn't notice...
The DNS server is supposed to be ns1.editeverything.com,
as registered...
editev.com is the "root" of the box.
they happen to have the same IP. yes, I see now that
the DNS root seems to be editev.com, which baffles me,
it's not supposed to be anything other than the
root IP of the box and certainly not the nameserver
and I certainly didn't do that.
I'll investigate the DNS tool further and see
where it's picking the root address out instead
of the DNS server address...
(I knew editev.com had expired but I'm just reluctant to pay those
Aussie crooks $28/year to renew a domain I purchased for $10/year
at "RegisterFree.com"
they're also giving me hassles transferring domains,
it's a drag...)
