	Find another provider. Arin recently changed the policy
regarding IP based hosting - the name based hosting requirements
have been suspended:

	Even if such were not the case, I've been involved with
the obtaining of enough address space to know that your provider
does not need identifying information on your clients in order to
justify obtaining more IPs from Arin or to keep the IPs they have.
