I hate to say this but you are wrong Brent, ARIN does require the IP
address matched the the URL of the site. All you have to do it take a
look at http://www.arin.net/regserv/templates/isptemplate.txt and that has
been the standard format for quite some time. In this case cobaltracks
does not own their own IP space it seems to all be owned by C&W, when you
process SWIP information, valid URLs are required.
