No, the Qube's address is not the problem. The Qube (running sendmail) is unable to resolve the addresses of the clients that connect to it.
Since the local network ip's are translated by NAT, it is probably the Qube3 eth1 port ip address that would go into the hosts file.
Eventually pretty much every IP on the private network will show up and have problems. It's best to add entries for every single IP. Actually, you were the one that taught me that, I think <grin>.
