I could resolve problem by configuring users' mail programs - I specify that
outgoing mail (SMTP) server is our ISP's mail server while incoming server
(POP3) leave the Qube 3 (mail downloading from Qube run without any
latency.) Provider's mail server is secondary for our domain.
Of course direct mail uploading to ISP's server is much slower than to Qube
on local network (we have DSL connection to ISP), but anyway it is much
faster than wait 2 minutes to open connection to Qube.
If you have dial-up connection to ISP or outgoing e-mails have relatively
large size, this method don't resolve the problem.
I still hope that Cobalt fix this and other issues.
