It's a placeholder. These are internal IP's anyway so *in theory* it doesn't matter at all what you name them... no one else should ever see it. However, as was quoted to me recently, in theory there is no difference between practice and theory.
General convention is to have reverse-DNS names that correspond to the IP addresses; hence my "0-1" for 192.168.0.1. As for the rest, I'd use my domain so as not to confuse things.

Actually pretty well, thanks. I've now been here working for 26 days working non-stop, and I'm about fried. <grin> I'm finally going home on Tuesday, though, and dropping off the face of the Earth for a week. But I'm having a good time.
