you can just erase that file and it will recreate the new one, that's a
known issue with the upgrade....(make sure you aren't logged via ftp when
you do it :)

That says you are logged in (ftp)as admin at the moment...assuming you are
(and that's you) it's
just what it should be...hmm

so it's working, weird...fix the scoreboard file...

(I had lots of complaints about scoreboard file till i erased it, but i
never saw the socket bind error)

You havn't been playing with ipchains have you ?
Or portsentry?
