[cobalt-users] Help with installing RaQ3-All-Security-3.0.1-8061.pkg

I have attempted to install RaQ3-All-Security-3.0.1-8061.pkg
Put it in the /home/packages directory thed did the install

The install failed!!!!!

So I un-tar'd it   
(mkdir temp; cd temp; tar -xvzf ../RaQ3-All-Security-3.0.1-8061.pkg)

and then checked out the rpms

[admin@www RPMS]$ rpm --checksig *
glibc-2.1.3-21.i386.rpm: size md5 GPG NOT OK
glibc-devel-2.1.3-21.i386.rpm: size md5 GPG NOT OK
glibc-profile-2.1.3-21.i386.rpm: size md5 GPG NOT OK

This does not look good.   I checked some of the other RPMS 
on the box and they came back with "OK".

I double checked that I had done a binary ftp.
So I am assuming that the file on the ftp server is bad.

Has anyone else had any problems or suggestions?
(or if you have the pkg please check signature of the enclosed rpm's)
