That's your gateway, so you can't really conclude it';s not your server if
they stop exactly there -/

At thwe moment a traceroute to you from the US looks reasonable, if a bit
long, but i'd also note there were some problems in the us last
night...maybe not a good time in general to make a test depending on what
path you are taking ....(was getting 90% packet loss on core/border 
routers in the us, yeash ;)
