Possibly I'm particularly thick, but where did 5 come
from? Am I running v6 of OS 5 with update 4? The
unit is located offsiteso I can't physically see it.

Here's edited GESTALT output (with even more versions
that don's seem to correlate with any numbers listed
above):

This would require pulling unit, having it shipped to
me, upgraded, returned, and re-installed. Given we
have no indication of mischief having taken place,
would you still recommend taking a site down for 3
days as a precaution? Something about bosses don't
like this idea (until after you're hacked and down, of
course).

It looks like I need (in order):

# RaQ4-All-System-0.0.1-7657.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-0.0.1-8061.pkg
# RaQ4-en-OSUpdate-1.0.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-8232.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-8747.pkg
# RaQ4-All-System-1.0.1-8572.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-9100.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.2-9353.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.2-8762.pkg
# RaQ4-All-System-1.0.1-9447.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-8532.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-9531.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.2-9077.pkg
# RaQ4-en-System-1.0.7-9229.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.2-9078.pkg
# RaQ4-All-System-1.0.1-9259.pkg
# RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-9648.pkg

Boy, I won't re-start the driver v. mechanic argument,
but it seems as though we could make the update
process and versions a little less alphabet soup and
match what the GUI shows.

Thanks for all the help!
