Thanks for the response....
My experience with WebFusion is that they have a very good sales staff.
The Support is useless, they using several days for answaring mail,
and then they just asking amatour quistion...no help at all.
The phone is not anything to mention.... again very good sales staff.
Then I started with them thay had set up the server wrong and the problem
was not solved by them. I rented from them due to my low server skills.
But after 6 weeks I had figured out with others help and got the server running.
Now the last two month I have been very worn out du to thems network.
The server is disapering 2-3 times a day, and then I doing traceroute
its very easy to see where the traffic is stopping.
At the moment I have lost 17% of the packages sent to my server in the last 20min...
They are lost at the IP adress 212.67.210.234 is this normal ??
The IP adress is the last before my server in thems network.
Maybe someone out there could do a little traceroute for some houers ?
My domain is www.properformance.no IP 212.67.194.179
And report back ??
WebFusion has admitted problem, but that is not giving better speed.
Also I need some feedback about this could be caused by my server.
I don´t want to blame WebFusion network if it is the server...
But I don´t think its the server and WebFusion is not doing anything to help...
