Hi Paul,
These updates are exactly that, Update 4 (to the current Cobalt OS - which is 5 - Raq3 at least)
Update set 4 - this would imply that 3 previous set of updates preceded this current set (4)
The previous 3 set where applicable are included in the current set of Updates.
The Base System you mention is showing the same on mine, which I would suspect is RedHat Linux 6.0.4
To find out what updates have already been applied, visit the Install Software page (maintenence) ! It gives a list at the bottom....
Obviously dont re-install them ones, Install from the bottom up to the top from these pages ( http://emea.cobalt.com/support/download/ - choose your machine ! ), starting from where your system has left off !
