Well, there is something weird about this ;0

Authoritative answers can be found from:
hogmanay.net nameserver = NS1.LAUNCHSITE.CO.UK
hogmanay.net nameserver = NS2.LAUNCHSITE.CO.UK
--
Server: NS1.LAUNCHSITE.CO.UK
hogmanay.net nameserver = www.launchsite.co.uk

(name doesn't match, where's the other NS record?)

an MX for www.hogmanay.net (to itself) may help unconfuse the raq2 at
least..(seems to calm sendmail down a bit-)

Make sure both the domain name , and the IP addresses are listed in
relay for these domains, and the name with www. appears in 'accept mail
for this domain (raq2) or it will be unhappy in general

The raq4 may need to be told to specificlly accept mail for 'www'
(since you pointed MX there)
dunno...as carrie keeps saying, the raq4 is different -/
