Talked to Thawte and the cert is 128 bit, in the USA.
Rick Ewart also pointed out that in IE you left click on the page,
select properties and look at the connection.
It READS:

SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); 
RSA with 1024 bit exchange 
*****************************************************
Sorry about that, but when Jeff Lasmon (the Cobalt God)
said it wasn't 128 bit, well what was I going to say.
