Jeff,
I guess it is like PT Barnum said there is a sucker born every minute!
You are right it is a 40 bit cert, (well it's not a 128 anyway, I think it is
56)
and yes they don't tell you!
Will this impact my ability to do credit-card processing?
The company I use just said I had to have SSL, they did not specify the quality.
I just got in a hurry, and was frustrated, I know I could have worked it out!
There is just never enough time and sometimes when you are in a hurry
you make dumb mistakes, and it takes longer.
Thanks for your pearls of wisdom, and when it is time to renew my cert I am
going to tucows.
! use OpenSRS and am well satisfied with it.
I have a healthy respect for your knowledge and experience.
And when I need a consultant, you are on my list.
Someone on the list flamed me for the remarks I made,
I ignore flames, and I am sure that the fellow just misunderstood me.
No offense was intended.
