Hi,
1. If you want to ftp into your server with root you will have to remove the
root from the ftusers file. You can find this file int the /etc/ folder.
2. I have no clue?
3. For virtual site the web directory will always be of the nobody. This
will the user for the webserver. All the user folder will have the owner of
the user. When you ftp into the virtual site the and upload files they will
be the owner of the user that is uploading.
