The only problem here is that you cannot cmuImport on a RaQ 2

Not stoppping the normal services should not cause any problems, I would
suggest stopping the admin server however, since people adding and removing
stuff would cause a problem.

Most of the bugs have been fixed. The index.html one has not been corrected yet,
but as a list member suggested you can remove the index.html out of /etc/skel
to avoid this bug.
If you do an cmuExport, look in the cmu.xml file, at top it should have the
version number. The current version is 1.1-13
