[cobalt-users] help, logs won't rotate!?

Hello,

I can't seem to get my web log to rotate, and I've tried what it says to 
issue at the command-line in the knowledgebase...?:

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate

Can >anybody< offer me a suggestion on getting my main log to 
rotate!?...   should I stop httpd service first, then issue the above 
command?
