[cobalt-users] Upgrading PostgreSQL to 7.0.3

Hi all.

My RaQ3 has PostgreSQL 6.5.2 installed. I understand from previous postings 
that PostgreSQL is used in Cobalt administration utilities, so messing with 
it is a Bad Thing.

Since I don't have physical access to the machine I'm working with I cannot 
afford to render any part of it nonfunctional. But PostgreSQL 7.0.3 is now 
out; how do I upgrade to this version (or even any of the 7.0.x) safely?

Any pointers appreciated.
