[cobalt-users] wierd .doc problem

Weird problem with windows doc files. We have user that has some windows
word files for download on his site for some reason when you click to
download a file it asks for the network user name and password. It is a
different popup than a normal .htaccess password popup. Also the directory
does not have a .htaccess file in which would cause a password popup. Does
any one know what the problem might be?
