You're wrong.  You obviously have no idea what netmask does.

You only need one ifconfig entry for each IP#, and the RaQ gui sets it
up automatically.

And your netmask needs to be exactly what your ISP tells you it needs to
be; nothing more and nothing less.  For most of us it's 255.255.255.0.

If you use netmasks in DNS your traffic will never reach your site.  DNS
doesn't know or care what netmasks are.
