[cobalt-users] Rejecting Mail

The volume of spam I'm getting lately is astounding.. I need to start rejecting some of this garbage. The problem is I am leery of just plopping domains in the "Reject the following Users/Hosts/Domains " as many of my virts do lots of business with places outside the US.
Most of this garbage is coming from Japan, Russia and other countries overseas.

When it is very obvious where the mail is coming from I have placed them in the REJECT box in the GUI:
awwm.com
bossmagazine.com
infoisintelligence.com
netgate.com.lb
terra.net.lb
kidzmail.com.au
webpronews.com
whatUseek.com
upsidetoday.com
interadnetwork.com

but I need to add some more to stop this maddness.

Is there a site you guys can suggest where I can get a valid list of known spammers or known ISP's that are big on spam. Maybe some of can share the list of rejects you have in your list?
