Egads, batman. With 256MB of RAM? Wow.
Have you tried tracking down the jerk that's hitting you with this mail and
emailing *and* calling his ISP? They'll be a little more interested when
you're a server admin and not just a poor user somewhere getting hit by this
flood.
They're allowing him to pour out stuff like this and it's affecting your
server, all of your sites... could cost you the server if it does that
meltdown you're describing - that's a lot of money on your end that you
could throw at them as to why they should cut this guy off at the knees
immediately. They certainly wouldn't want to pay for your lost business...

I take it you're probably re-thinking your lease with catalog.com as well?
