Don't give out shell access to anyone you don't trust implicitly.

No; it's the nature of Unix. There have been some secure unix-type
systems written for the department of defense, but basically, that's
just how Unix security works.
And I mean it when I say don't give out shell access. For reasons, see
my previous posts, and my offer to completely take over your system if
you give me shell access and five minutes.
