Add an A record for domain.com, an A record for www.domain.com, an A
record for mail.domain.com, and a CNAME record for ftp.domain.com
pointing to www.domain.com. Then add an MX record for domain.com
pointing toward mail.domain.com. Make sure all these records which
require an IP# use the same IP# which you've already set up for your
sites.

Nothing special at all.
