That's exactly my point, John. I mean, what was this woman's intent? Was
she teaching me a lesson? Did she really think that they would not get
their money? I personally think that she is just not a 'nice' person at
all. On top of that, she lied to me twice saying that she had contacted
tech support and asked them to turn the server back on. When I called tech
support, they said she had not called them. An outright LIE!
We have over 2,000 hosted virtual sites, and we always give the benefit of
the doubt to our customers. However, if we do suspend a site, we
IMMEDIATELY turn it back on once payment is received.
I'm beside myself with anger about this. I've never felt so helpless since
we opened this hosting business. I will never allow COMMUNITECH.NET to do
this to us again.
