I'm glad I have my own data center where I host my Own Servers.
And I do my own billing, So if a customer calls I know what's going on and
they don't have to speak to anyone else. I couldn't imagine just turning off
a hosted server at my site for non payment. Even if it is for a month or
two. If someone in my company did that and I heard of it, not only would
they be working somewhere else, like Mickey D's, but you would get a huge
discount on your bill so I didn't lose your business.
But I'm beginning to think I'm a dying breed.
providing and supporting services 1st priority
Billing for services 2nd priority

They're a bunch of spamming scumbags who would never get my business.
See the thread: "Communitech is massively Spamming domain holders" in
alt.www.webmaster.
